His interest in theology and conversion to Catholicism led him to write religious fiction. In 1908, he wrote the novel The Man Who Was Thursday. A look at the travels of G. K. Chesterton revels that after ~ 100 years and Israel now a nation again that not much has changed and the meaning of word definition of today do not align with even the near past. Great read and as always look for relevance in our times.
